Lead times
- All lead times are complete estimates in terms of days, and can be extended due to holidays or material shortages.
- Muscle Auto Zone will always stay in communication with buyers to update them on changes in estimated delivery dates.
- Pre orders will have very volatile production times, due to development and production occurring together. This is why discounts are given to customers who pre order.
Shipping and Handling
- All items will be shipped in full closed packaging, and protected as well as possible, but shipping damages do occur from time to time.
-When receiving a product , a photo of the package must be taken and sent to madhav.work6@gmail.com within 48 hours to be elegible for a shipping insurance dispute.
- If this picture is not sent within the 48 hours, then Muscle Auto Zone is freed from any damage claims, but can continue to help you in any other ways.
Refunds
- When a product is pre ordered, the materials are bought immediately and the schedule is tweaked for your production slot. Due to this, we cannot offer refunds directly for any pre orders or custom made order, but can work with you to replace your slot. A 20% “restocking” fee will be applied to any pre order that must be cancelled after being purchased and accepted.
-For in stock orders, Muscle Auto Zone can reverse any payment and refund fully before it is shipped(usually 2-3 business days for larger items,1-2 days for smaller items). If you need to cancel please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Aging and Appearance
-Muscle Auto Zone requires the use of heat shields for all carbon fiber and fiberglass hoods. Heat shields help avoid pre-mature aging of the product. Damages to the hood that results from the absence of heat shields will not be covered under warranty.
- Muscle Auto Zone ONLY covers discoloration for 3 months from date of delivery, no damage or cracks, as this is a result of user error. We heavily recommend a ceramic coating and polish before installation.
- Any result of heat damage once again, will NOT be covered under warranty.
- Options for warranty coverage range from partial refund to return, based on severity, which is decided by our claims team.
- Return shipping will NOT be covered under warranty if a return is made.
Damage Codes
- Any product that is bought with a prior damage, and a damage code is used, cannot be returned after purchase.
